Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward the teen drama comedy TV show. Tarlov was born and raised in Manhattan, New York, as one of the two daughters. In the Little Red School House performance of Bye Bye Birdie she played in the role of Mrs. Peterson. She was an extremely popular actor among a group 7th graders. In her later years she was a student at NYU Tisch located in Paris as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she received her Bachelor of Arts (theatre) and was trained in a variety of acting styles. The Atlantic Theater Company, in which she was a participant in addition, helped her integrate writing and acting during classes like the LAByrinth Theater's Master Course. Molly traded in her black winter coat to get a pair of sunglasses in black and headed to Los Angeles. She was not long before she was offered a three-word character on iCarly and was able to draw the interest of her parents. In the years since, she's made several TV appearances. In addition, she created the character of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly says she's great on the basketball court, but she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
