Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri is an Indian actress who has gained fame for her role in Hum Aapke Hain Koun and Beta Saajan. Her career began in the 80s before coming into prominence thanks to her character in the Tezaab film, in which she was a part of the cast with an established actor Anil Kapoor. Then she appeared in the film Dil where she shared the screen with Aamir Khan. In Mumbai her home, she grew up within a middle class family parents. When she was a young age, she started to learn dance. When she was in her early years as she began to perform as an actress, most of the films she created weren't successful. In the end, she was successful with Indian cinema and rose to the top. After her marriage the actress took time off from acting before returning. Recently, she played a major performance on the film Gulaab Gang. The film featured the challenges faced by women across India. Dixit has been nominated for fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she won eight. Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian honour in India. Her reputation also includes for her social activism.
